Please let us know your estimated time of arrival so that we can welcome you personally.
A late check-out can be arranged at a charge if possible and if you let us know beforehand.
Peak season:
Cancellations are valid only in writing. In case of early departure or late arrival or cancellation within 4 weeks before the arrival date we charge 80 percent of the booked stay. From 7 days before arrival we charge 100 percent of the booked stay.
Low season:
Cancellations are only valid in writing. In case of early departure or late arrival or cancellation within 2 weeks before the arrival date we charge 80 percent of the booked stay. From 7 days before arrival we charge 100 percent of the booked stay.

Free parking space available for cars on the property.
Dogs are allowed in all rooms at the guest house but unfortunately not in the Tichas. We are very happy to supply you with our dog equipment if you need it.
We are delighted to welcome families with small children at COLLIS HILL Mountain Resort and we can be very flexible concerning your wishes, including your requests in regard to baby equipment.
